 The quality of the urban environment is of enormous importance to Europeans. In 2006 the EU Commission adopted a Thematic Strategy on the Urban Environment. This project aims to sets out the problems and challenges facing South Europe's urban areas, with the ultimate commitment of improving the environment and the Quality of life for EU and East Adriatic countries inhabitants. Project duration extended till March 31th 2007 |
